Fairview’s Sweet Red is a fortified sweet wine produced at our cellar in Paarl in the heart of the Western Cape winelands. Fairview is a third generation family owned farm, and is also the county’s leading gourmet cheese producer. Sweet Red is particularly well suited to Fairview’s exciting range of blue cheeses. The varietals used to produce this wine vary from year to year, determined by what fruit is deemed by the winemaker to be most suited to this style of wine.
