Colour: Pale gold with a slight green glimmer.
Nose: Pronounced fragrant floral aromas layered with ripe peaches, creamy vanilla, candied fruit and spice.
Palate: Deliciously full entry with intense flavours carried through from the nose. Discreet sweetness is offset by perky acidity and a very pleasing long aftertaste.
Overall: A generous softly sweet wine seamlessly wooded wine wirh remarkable aromatics and a delectable full mouthfeel.

The perfect accompaniment to Bobotie, Sushi, Thai and Oriental dishes, spicy chicken and piquant Indian curries.

in the vineyard : The grapes were handpicked from a single vineyard on gentle hillside slopes from trellised vines on decomposed granite and overlying clay soils perfect for Viognier performance. Yields less than 5 tons per hectare.

about the harvest: Picked at optimum ripeness (25ºB).

in the cellar : Natural fermentation in second fill French oak barriques with 5% lees contact for a further seven months before bottling.
