Colour: Deep, rich "black" purple.
Aroma: Intense cloves and allspice, combine with upfront bright fruit.
Palate: Full mouthfeel, with good follow through from the nose. Fresh clean finish and good length.
This is a very special wine with enormous poise and concentration. The Shiraz has created incredible depth and spiciness in this wine, and the Merlot adds more fruit and subtlety to the wine.
