2007 International Wine Challenge - Commended
in the vineyard : Vintage 2005 produced exceptional quality fruit. This is perhaps the best vintage since 2001 which followed the great 1997. The question begs if Pinot Noir performs in four year cycles?
Only three barrels were selected="true" in this special cuvée, one first fill and two second fill barrels. The origin of the wine is all from the same terroir (block two) which consistently offers the highest quality wine.
