The wine displays a deep ruby colour with flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, cranberry and cherry followed by hints of spice and blackpepper. Elegant and well integrated with good length and smooth tannins.

Recommended with springbok carpaccio, rack of lamb or wild mushroom risotto.
