Young and vibrant with raspberry aromas, blueberry flavours, roasted pine nuts and a dark chocolate aftertaste.

Recommended with roasted duck or glazed pork loin roll.

about the harvest: The grapes were hand-picked from beginning February to mid March 2011.
in the cellar : Fermented in 10,000 litre stainless steel tanks with between 16 to 20 days skin contact. Malolactic fermentation occurred in French oak barrels.

Matured for 18 months in 225 litre new French oak barrels.
