The colour is pale straw with a soft golden glow. The nose is fresh and yet complex with a melange of apricots and pineapple, this will continue to entice with age. The wine is clean and well balanced with a soothing creaminess balancing the enticing acidity. It will age very well and is handmade from one of the oldest blocks of Chenin Blanc in Stellenbosch.
This delightful wine can be savoured on it's own, but will show it's true colours (flavours) when enjoyed with good food; especially salads, pastas and fish - and ultimately sushi.
