A vibrant wine with the classic Riesling flavours of spice and florals. The palate is fruity and very elegant and refined with a lingering aftertaste due to the good acidities of the wine.
Try it with a curry or anything spicy and dont forget the sushi or something different like red meat, esp. kudu carpaccio and beef tartare.
