Eikendal Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied dry white wine combining substance with elegance. It is fruity, with a taste of ripe gooseberry, the crisp and lengthy finish reminds of fresh cut grass. Serve slightly chilled and is perfect with seafood, lighter flavoured dishes and asparagus or well chilled as an aperitif.
