There is a pale straw appearance with a hint of green on the rim. This wine shows aromas of vibrant lime, lemon blossoms and a hint of lemon marmalade. There is a touch of creamed butter, marzipan and toasted notes, which is a hint of barrel fermentation. The wine has a focused palate offering up flavours of baked apples, limes and melons with hints of subtle oak flavours, which adds complexity. The wine has a zesty dry finish.
Perfect with baked or grilled fish and chicken dishes, especially grilled sardines with a lemon butter or light Thai curry dishes.
