A medium bodied wine wit intense red colour. It has a subtle blackcurrant and pepper nose with hints of chocolate and vanilla, ending with a soft, sweet finish.

Serve this wine with lazy-aged beef fillet or rosemary infused lamb.Suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.
