in the cellar : Wine made in a classic style, fermented dry with 12 days skin contacts and matured in barrels of French Nevere oak.
Blend consist of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot.

Dark plum colour. Ripe cassis and toasty oak on the nose. Chocolate and vanilla aroma. Full flavoured palate and firm structure with ripe fruit, liquorice, a hint of coffee and spicy wood flavours. A rich but elegant wine and a good example of a Cape Bordeaux. Finishes long and classically dry.
