Spice, pepper and smoky nose, combined with mixed herbs. The taste is full with earthiness, dark fruits, oak flavours and nice ripe dry tannins.

in the vineyard : Made from the best blocks on our farm.

in the cellar : After fermentation, it was matured in small French oak barrels (45% new) for a period of 18 months before being bottled in March 2007. Thereafter it matured in bottle for a further 2 years before its release on the market.
