A very pale yellow-coloured wine, this white blend has a nose of fresh guava from the Colombar with good acid and crisp green apple taste from the Sauvignon Blanc. A good mouth feel and lingering flavour.

An enjoyable accompaniment to salad-based summer cuisine or seafood.
