Nose: : Restrained oaky vanilla over red and black berries, with hints of fynbos, smoked meat an leather.
Palate: Big and powerful on entry. Dry mid-palate with lots of sweet American oak flavours, vanilla, smoked meat and leather. Ultra dry finish - needs a food foil.
Serve with ramp steak baked in pepper sauce or strong Thai curry.
