Dense red-brown colour, vanilla and wild forest berries on the nose. Classic, dry style, excellent structure and length on finish. Drinking beautifully now but firm tannins and complexity should hold wine together until 2005 and beyond. Can be served with varied dishes; game, beef and guinea fowl.
