The Grande Provence 2005

A blended red wine - mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This is a multi-dimensional, well balanced, full bodied red wine with intricate complexities. The nose and palate are made up of layers of aromas and flavours of plum, mint, dark chocolate, spices, white pepper and cigar box. The mouth feel is soft and rounded and the finish lingering and elegant. A unique and magnificent drinking experience.

To enjoy optimally this wine should be decanted for at least 1-hour before drinking. Serve with red meat and game dishes with well flavoured (not overpowering or spicy) sauces.
