The Grande Provence 2007

This complex full-bodied red wine has a distinct nose of mint and eucalyptus, followed by ripe plums. The wine is elegant with soft ripe tannins. A unique and memorable drinking experience.

'It's an exciting process making this wine as there are so many stages that lead to the final product. I always enjoy the various building blocks in the process. The trick is to be patient and allow the wine to finish aging in the barrels. The end result is always something truly special'.

To be enjoyed with red meat, venison or rich poultry dishes.
