about the harvest: Harvested in March 2008 at 25° B. Average yield of 8 tons/ha.

in the cellar : Fermentation: Cold maceration in stainless steel tanks with regular pump overs. Estended maceration for 2 weeks with MLF in barrels.
Oaking: 225 litre French (90%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
20% new, 80% second and third fill.
Aging: Matured in oak barrels for 16 months
Tank matured for a further 2 months.
