Misty Mountains Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2008

Pale lemon colour. Notes of asparagus combine with jasmine and honey to create a complex bouquet. These flavours continue through to the palate and come wrapped in a deliciously juicy structure. A refreshing acidity cleans the mouth and the aftertaste endures after the last drop has been swallowed.

Enjoy this wine with richly flavoured fish dishes.
