Misty Mountains Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Shades of pale yellow and sparks of green marks this wine. The nose is a tropical fruit explosion and shows guavas, paw-paw and pineapple. On the palate these flavours are joined by an essence of lime. The palate is bright with a lovely minerality and the acid well integrated.

This is a deliciously quaffable wine and can been enjoyed with fresh oysters.
