in the cellar : Fermentation: This wine has a shorter fermentation and maceration period than other reds, with extra plunging to enhance colour and fruit flavours.Oaking: Wine was oaked for 18 months in a selection of 60% new, and 40% 2nd fill French barrels. Malolactic fermentation was completed in barrel.
