Three clones of Shiraz were used in the making of this wine, but the bulk of the grapes were from the Wellington Ward VinPro Winning Block of 2007.The Mourvedre also hailing from the same farm. The Primitivo and Viognier were made on experimental basis but earned is way into this blend.

about the harvest: The Shiraz grapes were harvested early morning and cooled down overnight to 10ºC.
