Nose: Rich beefy, fruity pie with lots of crushed blackberry
intensity and some herbal top notes.
Palate: Oppulent layers of ripe plums and mulberries backed with spicy complexity and soft mocha tones.

Food Suggestions: Serve with oxtail stew, lamb knuckle potjie, pan-fried fillet, meaty lasagna and boerewors.
