in the vineyard : This superb Shiraz is made from a selection of our premium Shiraz vineyard displaying true individuality and a small quantity is selected and nurtured more carefully to be released as a Vera Cruz Estate Wine.

in the cellar : The wine was matured for 15 months in 225 litre French Oak Casks. It was blended and bottled in August 1999.
