This Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense nose of violets, spice and raspberries. The palate is layered with blackcurrant, blue berry and classic French oak flavours. Serve with beef, mutton, venison, fowl or cheese.

in the cellar : Gentle destalking and crushing of berries was followed by fermentation on skins in stainless steel tanks. After pressing, the wine spent 17 months maturing in new 225 litre French Oak barrels.
