Cordoba Cabernet Sauvignon 1994

A serious Cabernet Sauvignon with richly concentrated black current flavours, hints of violets and mint and a wonderful compliment of classic oak flavours. This wine will mature well.

ageing : 7 to 10 years
in the cellar : The wine was fermented dry on the skins followed by a gentle pressing. Thereafter the wine spent 18 months maturing in the finest 225l French Oak barrels. The traditional eggwhite fining was used, a gentle filtration and into the bottle.
