Intense, dense red colour. Sweet, layered fruit aromas of berries, plums, chocolate and vanilla. At this stage the concentrated fruit flavours with their sweet, delicious entry to the palate, suggest that the nose of this wine is still closed. Surprisingly soft and smooth, yet firm with well-integrated components. Ripe tannins and great fruit intensity makes this wine drinkable even at this early stage. Will benefit from a few months bottle maturation.

Cellaring
A combination of unoaked wine and wine barrel aged for 12 months in new French oak. A balance of “upfront†fruit, concentrated vanilla and yet smoothness and roundness with a lasting palate was our aim.
