A fusion of white fruits, litchi, apple, quince and rich tropical aroma . The palate is fresh and fruity with a lovely acid balance and long finish.

in the cellar : As always all our grapes are bunch selected in the vineyard. They are hand picked and chilled as whole bunches before being gently destemmed, crushed and pressed.

Dry ice and ascorbic acid is used to protect delicate fruit aromas from degredation by oxygen. Once settled with pectolytic enzymes. The clean juice is racked clear of the lees and the wine fermented cold between 10° - 12º C. These low fermentation temperatures capture more of the fruity aromas enhanced by the yeast and help preserve the freshness of the wine.

The wine is cold stabilised, filtered and bottled on site. Since all grapes come from our farm we can truely say that the wine is grown, made and bottled at Welbedacht.
