This easy drinking red wine is medium bodied with distinct ripe berry aromas, complemented by vanilla and gentle oaky tones. These aromas are carried through onto the palate creating a well-balanced, structured and rewarding wine.

about the harvest: The different cultivars are harvested separately at about 24° Balling.

in the cellar : The wine has good fruit concentration supported by firm structure and a wonderfully accessible palate. Once they are crushed and de-stemmed they are fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks at about 28° C for 10 days. Hereafter they are pressed and taken to barrel for malolactic fermentation and ageing of 12 - 14 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak. Hereafter the blended wine undergoes a light egg white fining just before bottling.
