Pale lemon in colour with a distinct green hue. This Bordeaux blend is fresh and clean with sweet herbaceous, passion fruit and crushed nettle flavours on the nose. The palate rewards with sweet fruit flavours and fresh green characters.

Serve with Mediterranean pasta salad or seafood, such as mussels, oysters, fish and lobster.
