in the vineyard : Our Stellenbosch farm is a fantastic site for Merlot. These trellised vineyards grow on gravelly koffieklip soils and are carefully managed, keeping yields low.

in the cellar : Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks, pressed and sent to 225l barriques for 12 months. Older French and American oak barrels were used.
