in the cellar : Bilton Cabernet Sauvignon is macerated and left for three weeks extended skin cintact in order to bring out its characteristic colour and full body. After 14 months of maturing in small French oak, this wine emerges with its dark clear ruby/garnet colour. Ultimately a complex, good structured wine.
