Nose: The nose of the wine is alive with a complex array of floral and rose petal aromas.
Palate: On the palate, it delivers a variety of red berry as well as peach flavours. The finish is soft with lingering tropical fruit and floral aromas.

in the vineyard : The Merlot vineyards have a (warmer) north facing aspect, and are 315m above sea level. Planted with a vine spacing of 2.5m x 1.5m, in dark clay graded sediment soils with good water retention capacity, well drained. The first Merlot vineyards were planted in 2007.

in the cellar : Grapes are sorted on a table. The juice was allowed 2 - 4 hours of skin contact followed by a very gentle press and overnight settling of juice. Cold fermentation with the aid of selected yeast strains.
