in the vineyard : The 2009 vintage was an exceptional year due to perfect conditions throughout the season. Warm rain free weather just before harvest helped with the complete ripening of grapes.

about the harvest: The grapes were handpicked in the fresh hours of the early morning form Delaire's mountain vineyards.

in the cellar : This wine was produced with meticulous care - hand sorting, whole berry fermentation, gentle extraction of fruit, basket pressed, matured in 80% new French oak barrels and a rigorous selection to decide on only the best!
