Grande Provence Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

This is a medium bodied red wine with red berries and delicate spiced strawberry compote on the nose. Ripe berry fruit and a delicate white pepper spiciness follow through onto the palate. The mouth feel is soft and velvety, and the finish elegant and lingering.

This wine can be enjoyed on its own or served with red meat and poultry with light sauces or gravies and pasta dishes.
