about the harvest: The grapes were harvested in February, the residual surgar averaged 25.4ºBalling.

in the cellar : The wine was aged for 14 months in second fill American Oak barrels. Pieter believes that Shiraz will do extremely well on Kloovenburg, because of the terrior of the farm. That’s why he claimed that "this is Shiraz country".
