This blend boasts aromas of aromas of spices and chocolate with mouth filling flavours of red plum and blackcurrants. Well balanced and soft with a long lingering finish.

in the cellar : The grapes were separately crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks and did malolactic in barrels before being blended into tank, where it spends a further 6 months on staves with micro-oxygenation. After a light egg white fining and filtration the wine was bottled.
