Lovely asparagus aromas which are will translated to the palate where there is a perfect balance between acid and fruit. The wine has is surprisingly creamy palate for a Sauvignon Blanc, but still has the firm acidity one looks for with the cultivar as well as lashings of fruit.
ageing : Will age well for another 1-2 years.
