Bright, pale straw with youthful green tints. Lovely, asparagus aromas which are well translated to the palate where there is a perfect balance between acid and fruit. The wine has a surprising creamy palate for a Sauvignon Blanc, but still has the firm acidity one looks for with the cultivar as well as lashings of fruit.
