in the vineyard : To obtain a certain style of wine for our new Y-Sauvignon Blanc, we knew where we had to look for the grapes. These grapes was sourced from one of the best Sauvignon Blanc producers in one of the best Sauvignon Blanc regions in the Cape, namely Durbanville.

about the harvest: The grapes was picked in the early morning of the 1st of March. After being trucked to Yonder Hill, the winemaking process started.

in the cellar : Fermentation took place over a time of 20 days, where after it left on the lees for 5 months before bottling.
