An easy drinking style of Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose there is abundance of tropical fruit flavours, as well as gooseberries, Litchis and Pineapples. The pallet is nice an round with a full fruit taste, and a nice crisp finish. Why not, Y Sauvignon Blanc?

in the vineyard :

To obtain a certain style of wine for our new Y-Sauvignon Blanc, we knew where we had to look for the grapes. These grapes was sourced from one of the best Sauvignon Blanc producers in one of the best Sauvignon Blanc regions in the Cape, namely Durbanville.

in the cellar :

The wine was made in a reductive style to retain the fresh; fruity flavors of the grapes. It was kept on the fine lees for 4 months for complexity and balance.
