This wine was named after my mother, Juanita, and the maiden vintage was 2004.
It is a very fruity but dry rosé made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. A mixture of berry fruit flavours and candy floss explode on the nose while the palate reveals a full-bodied wine with lingering aftertaste. A rosé not to be taken lightly.
Pair with seafood, especially salmon, and salads.Serve chilled (8 - 11ºC).
