Wildekrans Pinotage 2009

From low-yielding vineyards, matured in small oak barrels for 12 months. This wine shows plummy fruit and spicy wood aromas on the nose. The palate is fresh and fruity with silky tannins and a long pleasing aftertaste.

Seared steak with rocket & wheat salad, sizzling spare ribs with BBQ sauce or lamb skewers on the grill.
