Medium straw, with a hint of green. Complex nose, fresh white peach, lime pickle and fennel, with an oatmeal overlay. The palate is smooth-textured, elegant, and although the savoury oak is discernable, the fruit shines through. Extended length, freshened by balanced acidity.
