Waterford Elgin Pinot Noir 2011

Bitter cherries, earthy notes, wild berries and cedar wood are leading aromatics in this wine. The tannin structure is tight and extremely well balanced and shows a good sense of elegance. Compared to the 2010, the tannin structure is more velvety with stronger earthy notes and a higher acid level.
