Waterford Elgin Pinot Noir 2015

A pale colour, with floral and delicate wild cherry, elegant earthy aromas which are complimented by maturation in old burgundian french oak. The tannin structure is suprisingly well textured and extremely well balanced for this elegant wine and finishes well with a fresh natural acidity.
