The palate smoothed to a voluptuous finish from the extended lees contact. A meal in itself! Serve with proscuitto ham, duck liver pâté, Karoo lamb, honey-glazed roast pork, fresh char-grilled tuna, grilled crayfish with lemon garlic butter, smoked aubergine salad.
