Hillcrest Estate Hornfels 2011

Saturated purple/red colour. Striking nose of spring flowers & crushed chalk, contributed by the Cabernet Franc. Fresh with decadent ripe fruit & seamless tannins. A unique style that emphasises the contribution made by the three lesser known varieties of a Bordeaux blend. Superb fruit concentration & well delineated finish.
