Bilton Sir Percy 2007

Deep, intense granite red in colour. Hints of aromatics on the nose, wild red berries, roasted dark coffee beans, black olives, rhubarb, together with an earthy characteristic reminisce of dark dried mushrooms. On the palate the earthy forest floor comes to the fore accompanied by sweet red berries, dark chocolates, truffles yet remains masculine in structure. The finish has a long, lingering well balanced, classic aftertaste.

General
The wine is strong and big in structure. Unique with aromas of tobacco and tomato leaves, dark olives and a degree of meatiness. This wine has sufficient structure to endure.

To be enjoyed with well matured fillet "Classic, unique, bold yet well balanced".
